Louisa Dennison
Louisa is Head of Programmes and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) at GSG Impact, where she leads programme portfolio management and the integration of MEL across the organisation’s initiatives.
She brings over 15 years of experience in international development, with a track record spanning the UK, Africa, and Asia. Louisa has worked extensively on partnership development, programme design and delivery, and impact management, supporting organisations to translate strategy into effective, accountable implementation.
Prior to joining GSG Impact, Louisa held senior roles including Quality & Impact Lead, Programme Manager, and Strategic Partnerships Manager within organisations focused on financing for development. Earlier in her career, she worked as an investment manager specialising in socially responsible investment, giving her a strong grounding in impact-driven finance.
Louisa holds a Master’s degree in Leadership for Sustainable Development and a BSc in Environmental Sciences. She has completed professional training in investment management and holds certifications across programme, project, and monitoring, evaluation and learning management.
