GSG Impact Summit 2027

2nd March 2027 | 09:00 CET | The Hague, the Netherlands
Vietnam becomes 49th country to join the GSG Impact Partnership
Published 28 September 2026 | Updated 28 September 2026

GSG Impact is delighted to welcome Vietnam as the latest country to join the GSG Impact Partnership. Vietnam Impact Alliance was formally accredited as a National Partner by the GSG Impact Board on 15 September, and announced at the Global Leadership Meeting in Amsterdam on 16 September.

Vietnam becomes the 44th National Partner, and the 13th in Asia Pacific, to join the global GSG Impact Partnership, which now extends to 49 countries* more than half in emerging markets.

As a National Partner, Vietnam Impact Alliance will work to build an impact economy in Vietnam – bringing government, investors, businesses, and civil society together to develop a system where all participants put long-term economic, social and environmental value at the heart of decision making.

Vietnam Impact Alliance’s leadership team brings extensive experience from across the country’s impact ecosystem. It includes:

  • Duy Quang Bui, Co-Chair – Deputy Head of FI Investments, Climate Finance at impact investor responsAbility;

  • Shuyin Tang, Co-Chair – co-founder and CEO of the Beacon Fund, the first private credit fund in Vietnam;

  • Jason Lusk, Interim Executive Director – founder and managing partner of economic development consultancy Clickable Impact.

"An impact economy can only emerge when it is locally directed, and Vietnam Impact Alliance's leadership offers that foundation. We are pleased to welcome Vietnam as a National Partner. They will join the GSG Impact Partnership, which connects local action and global experiences, giving Vietnam a rich network of countries and regions to share and work with.”

Elizabeth Boggs Davidsen, CEO, GSG Impact

“Vietnam needs capital for its climate transition and inclusive growth. Investors and intermediaries are ready to do more, but they need shared standards, clear policy signals and a strong bankable pipeline. Vietnam Impact Alliance works across our ecosystem to lay that foundation. Joining the GSG Impact Partnership lets us learn from peers in 48 other countries who are doing the same work."

GSG Impact’s National Partners are independent, trusted, local organisations that drive impact economy development in their countries. Working alongside our National Partners, we help countries:

  • strengthen their impact ecosystems;

  • create policy and regulatory solutions to national priorities;

  • mobilise capital for inclusive and climate-aligned growth.

National Partners are co-created by leaders from all parts of a country’s impact ecosystem – bringing together government, investors, businesses, and civil society to drive long-term economic systems change. They are fully locally led and operated.

  • National Partners lead implementation in their own countries, while GSG Impact equips them with the relationships, guidance, and tools they need to drive change. Together we tailor international best practice to national realities.

  • Collaborating through the GSG Impact Partnership, National Partners work peer-to-peer to share knowledge and co-create innovative solutions.

  • GSG Impact gives National Partners a global voice, bringing their on-the-ground experience to international discussions through platforms such as the G7, G20, and the United Nations.

*Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama are collectively represented by a single National Partner in Central America.
