Charlotte Badenoch
Charlotte is a Senior Manager at GSG Impact. She leads GSG Impact’s work supporting National Partners to design, structure, and launch large-scale impact investment vehicles to mobilise capital for SDG- and climate-aligned investments.
Charlotte was a Principal at KOIS, where she led blended finance initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa, structuring impact bonds, de-risking facilities, and catalytic funds in sectors including healthcare, clean energy, gender, and fragile states. She previously headed Plan International’s innovative finance team, designing gender lens investing strategies and managing a debt fund for internal innovations. Earlier in her career, Charlotte worked at Roland Berger on strategy and due diligence projects for private equity and corporate clients.
Charlotte has an MSc in Global Politics from LSE and a BA in French and Spanish from the University of Oxford. She is based in Nairobi.
