New toolkit shows policymakers how to build impact economies

As part of the Impact Summit, the GSG is planning to release a Leaders Declaration, which will target governments, regulators, investors, and companies.
It will call for (i) a mandatory allocation of 10% of capital to impact. (ii) mandatory impact accounting. Setting capital mobilisation targets can inspire market players to accelerate their transition to an impact economy, but we need your support to ensure that they are grounded in contextual realities.
This session will allow us to continue the conversation started during the Global Leadership Meeting, and explore how NABs could support the Declaration by signing the declaration, and illustrating how this would look like in practice for their ecosystem. We will hear from the experience of the Netherlands NAB in adopting ambitious mobilisation targets, discuss the initial findings obtained by NABs that have attempted to use the strategy tool, as well as challenges encountered.
